Champion Air bought the MGM certificate in 1995. In March 1997, Minnesota Twins owner Carl Pohlad and Northwest Airlines acquired the company from Richard Page and provided airlift to sports teams and their fans to major sporting events. They also conducted charters for Northwests MLT vacations, but in 2007 Northwest informed them all MLT charters would be transferred to Northwest. In 2008 they ceased operations.
